What's the difference between an end of tenancy clean and a remedial clean?
An end of tenancy clean is a full deep clean of the property between tenants. A remedial clean fixes specific issues raised on a check-out or inventory report, so they don't turn into a deposit dispute.
Do I need to be there?
No. Tell us how to get the keys and the dates the property is empty. You get a photo report when the job is done.
Are your cleaners vetted?
Every cleaner is insured and DBS-checked before they take a job.
What if something's missed?
If anything is flagged as not up to standard, we come back and re-clean it free of charge.
Which parts of Greater Manchester will you cover?
We're launching across Manchester, Salford, Trafford and Stockport, including Didsbury, Chorlton, Fallowfield, Withington, Levenshulme, Prestwich, Sale and Altrincham. Register your interest with your postcode area if you're further out.
Can you handle the summer student changeover?
Yes. Student houses in Fallowfield, Withington and Rusholme tend to change over in the same few weeks each summer. Agents can instruct a batch of properties at once and we'll schedule them into each check-out to check-in gap.
