What's the difference between an end of tenancy clean and a remedial clean?
An end of tenancy clean is a full deep clean of the property between tenants. A remedial clean fixes specific issues raised on a check-out or inventory report, so they don't turn into a deposit dispute.
Do I need to be there?
No. Tell us how to get the keys and the dates the property is empty. You get a photo report when the job is done.
Are your cleaners vetted?
Every cleaner is insured and DBS-checked before they take a job.
What if something's missed?
If anything is flagged as not up to standard, we come back and re-clean it free of charge.

Do you clean back-to-backs and HMOs in Headingley and Hyde Park?
Yes. Back-to-back terraces and shared houses are a big part of the Leeds market, and many of the LS6 student lets change over in the same few weeks each summer. Agents can instruct a batch of properties at once, and we'll schedule each one into its check-out to check-in gap, with shared kitchens and bathrooms cleaned to the inventory standard.
